The dominance of leakage currents in circuit design has been impelled by steady downscaling of MOSFET into nanometer regime, and has become a significant component of total IC power dissipation. The issue is further aggravated with the inability to gauge the tolerance of process parameters around their nominal value. Consequently, the drive to improve the static power prediction has enticed accurate and reliable modeling of leakage current, specifically for ultralow power applications. In contrast to gate- and band-to-band-tunneling leakages, subthreshold leakage exhibits high susceptibility to process variations and hence has been considered for variability modeling. Fluctuations in the device electrical and geometry parameters result in a wider distribution of subthreshold leakage current. Hence, taking into account stacking effect, an analytical variability model to estimate subthreshold leakage power in subthreshold circuits, in the presence of threshold voltage variations is proposed. Further, the impact of threshold voltage variability on subthreshold leakage power is modeled in conjunction with simultaneous variations in gate length and width. The leakage power variability is characterized by model-generated distributions obtained using Monte Carlo analysis and validated against SPICE simulations. The proposed model is about 700 computationally faster than SPICE simulations with mean error being less than 0.19%.  相似文献

In this work, a cross-linked sheet structured conducting polymer ploy(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) decorated on Ni foam is synthesized via one-step electrodeposition using the sodium p-toluenesulfonate (STSA) as surfactant and applied for supercapacitor electrode. The surfactants play a vital role in controlling the morphologies of PEDOT leading to the electrochemical performance difference. The optimized PEDOT electrode exhibits the highest capacitance of 711.6 mF cm−2 at 3.0 mA cm−2 in the three-electrode system. An asymmetric device (PEDOT/STSA//AC) is constructed by PEDOT/STSA (the positive electrode), activated carbon (AC) (the negative electrode) as well as 1 M Na2SO4 (the electrolyte). The device has been worked in a high-voltage range of 0–1.5 V, which displays the satisfied energy density of 14.0 Wh·kg−1 at 535.5 W kg−1. Furthermore, the PEDOT/STSA//AC device presents excellent rate capability and long-time cyclic stability.  相似文献

This study proposes a 3D CAD system available on smart devices, which are now a part of everyday life and which are widely applied in various domains, such as education and robot industry. If an engineer has a new idea while traveling or on the move, or in the case of collaboration between more than two engineers, this 3D CAD system allows modeling to be performed in a rapid and simple manner on a smart device. This 3D CAD system uses the common multi-touch gestures associated with smart devices to keep the modeling operations simple and easy for users. However, it is difficult to input the precise geometric information to generate 3D CAD models by such gestures. It is also impractical to provide a full set of modeling operations on a smart device due to hardware limitations. For this reason, the system excludes several complicated modeling operations. This work provides a scheme to regenerate a parametric 3D model on a PC-based CAD system via a macro-parametrics approach by transferring the 3D model created on a smart device in an editable form to a PC-based CAD system. If fine editing is needed, the user can perform additional work on a PC after reconstruction. Through the developed system, it is possible to produce a 3D editable model swiftly and simply in the smart device environment, allowing for reduced design time while also facilitating collaboration. This paper discusses the first-ever system design of a 3D CAD system on a smart device, the selection of the modeling operations, the assignment of gestures to these operations, and use of operation modes. This is followed by an introduction of the implementation methods, and finally a demonstration of case studies using a prototype system with examples.  相似文献

Optimal power flow with generation reallocation is a suitable method for better utilization of the existing system. In recent years, Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) devices, have led to the development of controllers that provide controllability and flexibility for power transmission. Out of the FACTS devices unified power flow controller (UPFC) is a versatile device, capable of controlling the power system parameters like voltage magnitude, phase angle and line impedance individually or simultaneously. The main aim of this paper is to minimize real power losses in a power system using BAT search algorithm without and with the presence of UPFC. Minimization of real power losses is done by considering the power generated by generator buses, voltage magnitudes at generator buses and reactive power injection from reactive power compensators. The proposed BAT algorithm based Optimal Power Flow (OPF) has been tested on a 5 bus test system and modified IEEE 30 bus system without and with UPFC. The results of the system with and without UPFC are compared in terms of active power losses in the transmission line using BAT algorithm. The obtained results are also compared with Genetic algorithm (GA).  相似文献

Recently, earth observation system by using satellite network has attracted much attention due to its wide coverage and disaster resistance. Although the system is useful for collecting various data, which have an effect on a natural disaster, ecology and so forth, earth observation satellite hardly send the collected observation data to the ground station. This is because that the earth observation satellite needs to orbit near surface of the earth to get high-precision data, and it limited the time that can be used to send the observed data traffic to the ground station. Additionally, the amount of the observed data drastically increase in these days. Thus, we focus on the data relay satellite using optical communication in this network. By relaying observed data to traffic to the relay satellite, which has geostationary orbit, it is possible to increase the chance of sending data for the observation satellite due to the wide coverage of the relay satellite. In addition, laser light that is used in optical communication in satellite network has high frequency and it can deliver large data compared with radio wave. However, laser light is greatly influenced by atmosphere, and optical link capacity between satellite and ground station drastically changes according to weather condition. Therefore, we propose a new data traffic control method to use the network constructed by satellites which has mass storage device effectively according to the condition of optical downlink between satellite and optical ground station. The effectiveness of the proposed method is evaluated with numerical result.  相似文献

为提高爆炸带的展直率,确保火箭爆破器的破障效果,建立二维有限质点模型对火箭爆破器系统的飞行特性进行研究。根据力学方程、运动方程和几何连续方程,通过时间差分法对各质点的力学参数进行数值计算,并结合实验工况对火箭爆破器系统在空中飞行的力学特性进行计算分析。结果表明:在主动段中,火箭拖拽爆炸带加速运动,爆炸带保持直线拉直状态;爆炸带全部拉出后,由于阻力伞的作用,爆炸带的内力较大,仍能维持在展直状态;进入被动段后,随着火箭及爆炸带速度的下降,阻力伞对爆炸带的拉力随之下降,爆炸带在越过最高点后,下落的阶段容易发生弯曲。  相似文献
